Leslie is passionate about sharing the fascinating new science on the gut-brain connection, and helping us see how we can use food and lifestyle to influence our mood, our energy and our overall health. Leslie takes us a little deeper into the topic of the gut microbiome and shares how our gut health and brain health are interconnected through the vagus nerve. She gives us an overview of neurotransmitters and other chemicals responsible for sharing information between the brain and the gut, and how this communication is responsible for essential body functions, mood regulation, immune function, and more. We wrap up with a discussion about specific foods and habits that nourish gut healing and microbial resilience, leading to better brain health.
Joel Salatin: Soil Microbiomes, Our Food Supply & Our Health

Joel is back at Take Back Your Health™ sharing more wise stories from Polyface farm. This time focusing on how he and his team keep the terrain on their farm healthy and thriving, so that their animals grow strong and resist illness. He vividly explains how microbes play a vitally important role in the health and survival of plants and animals, and that humans are completely dependent on these invisible organisms for the survival of our food supply. Our discussion covered a ton of information, from soil microbiomes and the sustainable farming approach, to animal care and our relationship to the natural world. Joel tricks us once again into learning about how we can survive more than we think we can through his delightfully entertaining tales from Polyface farm.
Hannah Crum: Spiritual Lessons From The Kombucha SCOBY

Hannah, a Kombucha and fermentation expert in the truest sense, is here to share spiritual, cultural, relationship and health lessons from the kombucha SCOBY. The parallels between the invisible microbial world, and our visible world on a global scale give us pause. Listening to Hannah is like listening to your best friend, favorite teacher, pastor and sister all at once – giving you a gentle leg up and encouragement to try again even when life feels really hard. She gives us healthy ways of thinking about how we can come to terms with the problems we are facing as a global community, and through her wisdom helps us find direction in this chaotic world.
Dr. Ameet Aggarwal: The Gut Microbiome – Liver – Emotion Connection

Dr. Ameet brings the gut microbiome into clever focus through a discussion of the liver’s role in keeping our digestive system, our immune system and our whole body running optimally. We get nerdy with a look at the anatomy of the digestive system and the liver, and how to understand your own role in taking care of these systems. He also sheds more light on the way that the health of our gut and liver has influence over our emotional health. Dr. Ameet concludes with his top five healthy habits – and we loved how they were all habits that are actually enjoyable, completely free, and all grounded in the universal truth that love can heal.
Beth Lambert: Hope For Children’s Health Through The Microbiome

Beth will share the preliminary findings of the CHIRP study, conducted by Documenting Hope. This study documented the potential lifestyle causes of childhood chronic illnesses by collecting information from volunteers whose children experienced a range of health, from good to very poor. The preliminary findings indicate that lifestyle, food, and environmental influences on their microbiomes play a much bigger role in children’s long-term health outcome than previously realized. Beth gives suggestions and helpful tips to enhance the health of the microbiome from before birth and into toddlerhood- and shares how to start improving the microbiome if a parent missed that crucial window of time during developmental stages.

Mark McAfee: Lessons From The Breast

Mark focuses on how raw milk, our first food of life, has given us hints at all things immunity related. Raw milk builds an immune system in an infant where one did not exist before. How is this possible….how does this work? We are in an age of immune compromise and co-morbidity, but yet we do not speak of the gut microbiome and origins of this crisis. This is a critical time when education and personal responsibility are the pathway forward. When researchers study the immune system and food, they study breast milk…raw breast milk. It holds the secrets of a million years of selective generational pressures brought by mammalian evolution. We can learn so much by understanding how the gut is formed and how it functions as the basis for both the innate and adaptive immune systems. The roll of bifido bacteria found in raw milk in training Native T cells to become Killer T cells….The roll of raw whey proteins in controlling the immune response, cytokines, histamines, allergies and inflammation…on and on!! It is a truly amazing food.
Larry Cook: Exploring Problems With The V@ccine Approach

Larry shares his amazing story of unintentionally creating the world’s largest anti-mandatory v@((ine facebook group, and how it got shut down just weeks before the c*vid v@((ine was realised, and without warning. He walks us through the various reasons why parents choose not to va((inate their children, what v@((ine injuries look like, current issues with the v@((ine approach, and holes in v@((ine science. Larry gives us some guidance on how to begin a life free from v@((inations in a world where they are idolized without question or logical reason. His goal is to help parents find answers to their questions about v@((ines.
Cilla Whatcott: Healing Our Relationship With Microbes: Homeoprophylaxis

This interview with Cilla focuses on dispelling the fear surrounding disease by encouraging us to trust our intuition and explore the possibility of encountering Real Immunity. Cilla adds to the mounting evidence that Real Immunity does not come through a pill or a needle. We explore questions like, “Is all childhood disease bad? Should we live in fear?” She brings her experience as a mother and classical homeopath to dispel the illusion of fear, teach you how to access your intuition and assure you, you are on the right path. Searching outside of ourselves for sustainable health is not the answer. The new paradigm for vibrant health is integrity and authenticity; we can honor innate intelligence.
Hilary Boynton: Feeding Your Family For Bulletproof Immunity

Hilary Boynton is a mother of five teenagers, a school lunch lady, the author of “The Heal Your Gut Cookbook”, and a healer of eczema, cancer and chronic illness within her own family. She shares what it’s like to feed nourishing traditional foods to not only her large family, but an entire school of elementary students! We get to hear inspiring stories of success with turning children into sauerkraut-gobbling, tallow-loving, sourdough enthusiastic school kids with balanced blood sugar levels! She also shares how she feeds her kids at home to boost and balance their immunity, to keep them free from illness and full of sustained energy.

Andrea Beaman LIVE: How I Used Food & Herbs To Heal From C*vid-19

While the whole world has felt so out of control these past 10 months, the things that will help us gain control and confidence in our health are right in our kitchen! Living in fear, worry and stress are extremely detrimental to your immune system. Andrea says, instead of eating up the scary news in the media and social feeds, you could be eating up immunity-boosting foods and herbs to give your body a fighting chance. In this talk she shares invaluable insight into how to gain back control amid this world-wide pandemic. She teaches us ancient, wise wisdom on using food as medicine to boost your immunity, strengthen your lungs and feed your body in a way that makes it powerful and resilient. She also shares her particular experience with the Coronavirus and the recipes she used.
Dr. Larry Palevsky: Understanding C*vid-19 & The Vital Role Viruses Play In Human Health

Dr. Palevsky, New York State Licensed Pediatrician, gives us an in-depth explanation of our current (and limited) understanding of viruses, the role that we do know they play in human genetic expression, and how we have seen them function for the body’s best health (including providing genetic code for essential biological processes like the development of the human placenta). He says that viruses are not alive, they are snippets of DNA that need a host to duplicate, and that there are more viruses than we can count already within our bodies, in the air we breath, in the soil and in the water all around us. Dr. Palevsky emphasizes that this information is all freely and clearly outlined and taught in medical textbooks, but is being ignored by the media and medical professionals today. He goes on to shed some light on how C*vid-19 is not behaving like a typical viral illness. He alludes to a potentially new kind of “virus” one that may have been created out of “gain-a-function” research. Through his personal experience with C*vid and his medical knowledge, he begs us to ask, “Is this really what we are being told it is?”
Dr. Thomas Cowan: The Contagion Myth Pt. 1

Thomas S. Cowan, MD asks the question, “Are there really such things as “viruses”? Or are electrosmog, toxic living conditions, and 5G actually to blame for COVID-19?” Dr. Tom gives us an in-depth explanation of exosomes (the scientific community’s term for “viruses”), how they function, and how they serve the body. He shares the mind-bending truth that viruses have never been shown to be the infectious cause of illness, and the unbelievable science (or lack thereof) that has been muddled, encrypted and hidden from the public. Dr. Tom also shares more detail about the PCR testing issues. While the incidence and death statistics for COVID-19 may not be reliable, there is no question that many people have taken sick with a strange new disease—with odd symptoms like gasping for air and “fizzing” feelings—and hundreds of thousands have died. Dr. Tom challenges us to explore this question: What role does electromagnetic pollution and the most recent addition of fifth generation wireless—5G play in this strange new illness? Dr. Tom concludes this discussion with a call to turn inwards, ask ourselves the difficult questions about humanity and the very real existence of evil. He encourages us to lean into our spirituality to get us through tough times.
Sally Fallon Morell: The Contagion Myth Pt. 2

Sally gives us an overview of her new book, The Contagion Myth, Why Viruses (including “C*ronaviruses”) Are Not the Cause Of Disease, Co-Authored with Dr. Thomas Cowan. The official explanation for today’s C*VID-*9 pandemic is a “dangerous, infectious virus.” From face masks to social distancing, from antivirals to v@((ines, these measures are predicated on the assumption that tiny viruses can cause serious illness and that such illness is transmissible person-to-person. It was Louis Pasteur who convinced a skeptical medical community that contagious germs cause disease; his “germ theory” now serves as the official explanation for most illness. However, in his private diaries he states unequivocally that in his entire career he was not once able to transfer disease with a pure culture of bacteria (he obviously wasn’t able to purify viruses at that time). He admitted that the whole effort to prove contagion was a failure, leading to his famous deathbed confession that “the germ is nothing, the terrain is everything.” So, what else is going on? Sally lays out some intriguing facts and theories that have been ignored and pushed aside by the conventional medical and scientific communities for centuries. While she explains that science just isn’t solid enough to have all of the answers, she asks questions that no one else is willing to ask and she encourages us to look deeper and see the issues of the world through a wider lens.
Arthur Firstenberg: 5G & Radiation: The Urgent, Untold Story

Arthur puts it best, “What I want to get across is both the magnitude and the urgency of the radiation problem. Everyone is walking around with a mask and a cell phone. They are afraid of the wrong thing.” Over the last 220 years, society has evolved a universal belief that electricity is ‘safe’ for humanity and the planet. Scientist and journalist Arthur Firstenberg disrupts this conviction by telling the story of electricity in a way it has never been told before—from an environmental point of view—by detailing the effects that this fundamental societal building block has had on our health and our planet. Firstenberg traces the history of electricity from the early eighteenth century to the present, making a compelling case that many environmental problems, as well as the major diseases of industrialized civilization—heart disease, diabetes, and cancer—are related to electrical pollution.
Chris Buonocore: Solutions For 5G & EMFs In Your Home

Chris begins by explaining what the field of Building Biology is, and how a home is a living breathing organism that needs proper care and maintenance to stay healthy. He introduces the concept of synergistic exposure to toxins within the home and how sometimes we need to widen our perspectives of our homes in order to see the solution. He gives us a very thorough overview of all of the sources of EMF throughout the home – and some of them are pretty surprising! He shares solutions for reducing our EMF exposure in the home and of course, he gives us case examples from his clients as well. You’ll feel a little overwhelmed, but you’ll also feel equipped to identify and reduce your exposure to EMF in your living spaces.
Cheyanne Welton: Chronic Illness & Mold

As a registered nurse, Cheyanne has seen chronic illness care inside of hospitals, wellness centers and functional doctor offices, and is convinced that healing can actually happen more readily from within your own home. She shares her personal story of the challenges she experienced with Lyme disease and mold, and how she overcame them through simple shifts in her home environment and daily care routines. Identifying the mold, testing, and detoxification are Cheyanne’s favorite topics to share about, and she definitely gives us so much wisdom that we can act on. Cheyanne explains that mold is sometimes a bigger trigger for fatigue, inflammation, cardio symptoms and brain symptoms than chronic infection, and that because mold affects us on a mitochondrial level, we won’t heal until we give our mitochondria the environment that they need to thrive. After giving us plenty of advice, tips and simple mold solutions, she encourages us with fun biohacking habits that will bring us back to wellness through everyday repetition.
Meredith Dykstra: Living Joyfully With The Microbes All Around Us

Meredith brings her resilient energy to us with a talk about how she is coping with the fear mindset through living life in community with the incredible, wise and mysterious organisms on and around us. Her energy is contagious and her lifestyle is inspiring. Meredith shares more about the depth and breadth of the microbial world, how much we don’t know, and how we can begin to live in awe and in harmony with these invisible worlds. She gives us her essential healthy habits that keep her happy, energized, and joyfully living with the microbes all around us.
Jason Shurka: Where’s the Proof? Intuition, Energy and Human Ascension

As a persistent truth seeker, Jason is inspired to explore the nature of “Proof” with us. In our modern culture dominated by corporate sponsored science and news, Jason shares his thoughts on how “Proof” can become a very complicated issue. We explore the reasons why evidence looks different to different people and how beliefs are formed. What does “truth” really mean? How do we know it when we come across it? Jason shares his perspective on the role intuition will play in moving forward from where we are today. Towards the end of our discussion, Jason touched on his perspective of the greater energies at play in the world right now and his thoughts on human ascension.
